I'm a cynic. And not just a today-is-going-to suck one, but a big, huge, the-world-is-shitty-and-is-never-going-to-get-better pessimist. That being said, this man and this speech just gave me so much hope. That he said what he said where he said it and walked away unscathed blows my fucking mind.
I'm sure Stephen Colbert will never see my blog, but I really just need to say...I am awestruck by your courage and integrity. You definately just become my hero. So, tip of the hat to your huevos grandes. I hope others follow your lead.
